Prices on our web site are VAT included. The applied VAT is the one that is in force at any time in Spain, where the trade name of the company is located.
To avoid mistakes, all orders should be placed online, by email or by fax.
It's not possible to include Outlet products and non-Outlet products in the same order. If you are interested in buying any item from the Outlet, you must complete a different order for this kind of products. Outlet products do not accept changes or returns.
You will receive a confirmation of your order within a maximum of 48 hours, and a pro forma invoice containing information as delivery time, total amount to be paid, packing list, etc. Please check that all details are correct. Otherwise, you will pay any additional cost due to an error on your personal information or your order details.
We do not accept orders under 100 €, with destination to Canary Islands. For customers located in Canary Islands, the prices exclude theTVA. the customer shall pay applicable taxes (IGIC) when receiving the packages.
The deadline to cancel an order is 4 months from the date of confirmation. After that time, any deposit you paid will be forfeited. Nonetheless, this clause does not affect the customer's right of withdrawal.
Reservations of products in stock are valid for 6 months maximum. Beyond this period, the reservation is canceled and the deposit paid by the customer is forfeited. For out-of-stock products, reservations are valid for 6 months from the date the items are available in SuperStudio.
An order can be canceled at all times, as long as it has not yet been labeled or is being prepared in our warehouses in Spain. Once in preparation, the order can not be canceled and the customer must receive it, and process the return in case you do not want to keep the products. To cancel an order, it is essential to contact us using our contact form during office hours. All cancellation requests made by the customer outside office hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time) will be processed on the following business day.
Orders of out-of-stock products specifically adquired under request of the customer, cannot be cancelled nor modified. The customer shall pay 100% of the price, recognizing that SuperStudio must pay suppliers for these products in any case. Nonetheless, this clause does not affect the customer's right of withdrawal.
The promotion campaigns that are only valid for a determined period of time have as ending reference the Spanish time.
We make deliveries in all countries in the Schengen Area (except Iceland) and Andorra.
Delivery times are indicated on our website, on each product page. If you choose payment by bank transfer, you must add 3 - 5 days. Delivery time begins to run from the date SuperStudio receives the payment and so the corresponding invoice is registered.
Delivery times on our website are approximate.
Delivery fees are always paid by the customer.
The customer must provide a valid telephone number and email address so the carrier can easily contact him/her to arrange the time of delivery.
If the carrier is unsuccessful to contact the customer by phone or email during 3 days, all packages will be returned to our warehouse. If the customer later wants to receive the items, he/she must pay transportation costs for a new shipment.
Customers must notify all relevant information for deliveries: no lift, lift or stairs dimensions, etc. Any aditional costs caused by difficult access are charged to the customer.
We do not accept orders under 100€, with destination to Canary Islands. All goods entering the islands must be declared at customs. The customer must pay the import clearance costs. Import duties are fixed by the European Union. The minimum order amount guarantees that the import duty fee never exceeds the product price. The export duty is paid by SuperStudio, and it is included in the shipping costs. If the customer refuses to pay the import duty, the packages will not be delivered and he/she shall pay the total round-trip transportation costs of the goods.
For deliveries to the Canary Islands, the customer shall pay applicable taxes (IGIC) when receiving the packages.
Cash-on-delivery payments are only accepted for orders of minimum 35€ to be delivered in Spain. This method of payment has an additional charge of 5% of the total price. The carrier will charge this fee to the customer at the time of delivery. The minimum charge will be 3€. All COD orders should be confirmed by accepting these terms of delivery, via email or fax.
Orders with destination outside of Spain are assigned a delivery date but not a specific time. The customer can receive the packages at any time of the day. Setting a delivery timeframe is an additional service of the transportation company, not included in the shipping costs. The customer can contact SuperStudio to request this service by paying the additional cost.
Damages caused during transportation must be reported within 24h upon delivery to cour Customer Service, by calling (+44) 203 807 0555 or by filling out our contact form on https://www.superestudio.co.uk/contacto. Later claims are not accepted. You must also write "Accepted but checking is pending" by your signature on the delivery note. SuperStudio cannot replace damaged goods without this statement.

Shipping costs do not include assembly of products which require it.
All items are carefully packed and protected within a box. If you order to unpack items before they reach their final destination, TODOFURNITURE SL will be not responsible for any damage caused at that moment.
Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Martercard, American Express) or cash on delivery (only for deliveries in Spain).
If the item/s you ordered are out of stock, you must pay 50% of the total amount after receiving the pro forma invoice and other 50% before shipping.

Right of withdrawal:
The customer has the right to cancel any purchase without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, took the first consignment of goods into possession. To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, by mail, email of phone:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we are obliged to reimburse all payments made by you, excluding shipping costs and additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery that varies from the cheapest standard delivery offered, immediately and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract. In case of withdrawal on your part, in orders with a promotion of "free shipping cost" we will refund all payments made by you, except return shipping costs and additional costs resulting
from your choice of a different delivery mode that varies from the least expensive offered type of standard delivery.
We will refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless something different is explicitly agreed with you. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse this repayment until we receive the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods.
To carry out the return, follow the instructions in the "Returns" section of the website. In any case the customer mustn't return the goods to SuperStudio on his own. SuperStudio is not to be held responsible for the goods if the customer returns them on his own.
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods. The customer is also responsible for any loss of value resulting from handling not required to determine the suitability, characteristics and function of the products. The customer must then reward SuperStudio for these damages..
In any case we only accept returns of products that have not been mounted nor used - apart from the regular revision of the good state of the product - and that have been kept in its original packaging and in perfect state.
Defective or wrong products:
If there is a mistake in your order or you received a product with manufacturing defect, you can claim this within 14 calendar days after delivery by writing an email to: email@example.com.
During this 14 calendar days period, the customer must keep the original packaging of the product in perfect condition. Without the package, SuperStudio do not accept any return.
If damages were caused by breakage (bumps, scratches, etc.), if you notice the packaging in bad conditions, you must indicate that on the delivery note. Otherwise, you express your conformity with delivery when signing this note. Then, the carrier company will no longer be responsible for these damages.
You must also indicate any missing product on the delivery note. Otherwise, the carrier company will not be responsible for any delivery error or loss of goods.
In case of damages during shipping, the customer has 24 hours to notify our Incidences Department by writing an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. All shipments are covered by insurance valid until 24 hours after delivery.
Please send attached pictures of the product and packaging, showing the failure or damage. Without these images we cannot proceed with the return process.
The replacement of a damaged product or the correction of an error made on our part, will not incur any additional charges to the customer. If the customer does not accept this replacement or correction, then he/she must pay the total round-trip shipping costs.
In case of return for any other reason except for defective or wrong product, the customer must pay the total round-trip shipping costs.
In any case, we only accept returns of products in perfect condition, not used nor assembled, kept in their original packaging.
After receiving the products, we check their status and refund payment to the customer if applicable.
Dimensions and colors are specified in the description of every item on the website. This information is approximate and does not fit to 100% to the reality. If you need to know these features exactly, please contact our Technical Service. Customer shall pay the total round-trip shipping costs for products returns due to these reasons.
If you select cash on delivery payment, and you decide not to accept the package upon delivery, for any reason except defective or wrong product, you must pay the total round-trip shipping costs.
Conditions for returns:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Customized products according to the requirements of the customer.
Products which can deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Sealed products unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygiene, after the seal has been removed.
Out-of-stock products or items acquired by SuperStudio under request of the customer.
In any case, we only accept returns of products not used nor assembled, kept in their original packaging in perfect condition.
In case of returns by coupon or similar of a partial or the total value of the purchase amount, the balances in favour of the buyer by return/compensation may be run with the new purchases as long as the period since the date of accrual of the balance is not exceeding the period of 1 year.
All products have a two-year warranty, from the invoice date. Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects or errors.
A damaged product will be replaced or repaired as many times as necessary during this two-year period. No refund will be made after the 14 calendar days period to exercise the customer's withdrawal right.
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, to resolve conflicts, renouncing to any other jurisdiction, in the courts of the user's domicile.
