1. How can I make a purchase?
You first need to register as a user to be able to add items to your shopping cart. When you finish, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

2. Is it possible to buy a single chair?
The minimum amount of products to be ordered per item has been specified on our website and can be found below the price of each item:  "Minimum order: X units." In case this information does not appear this means you can order as many units as you want. 

3. I am a professional operating in the sector, and I would like to buy your products on a regular basis. Would you be able to offer me better conditions?
Yes. All professionals working in the sector (architects, designers, interior designers, etc.) can contact us to see how we can offer the best possible conditions in each individual situation.

4. Do you have special offers for the hospitality industry?
We can offer special deals for large orders. Please feel free to contact us to see what we can do for you.

5. Payment methods
We accept payments by bank transfer, with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) and cash on delivery (only in Spain). Payments by cash on delivery involve an additional charge of 5% on the total amount as mentioned on the invoice.

6. Delivery times
During the purchasing process you can check the delivery time from each one of the finishings of the selected products. SuperStudio has a large stock of most products to ensure a delivery within 5 working days on mainland Spain. The delivery time for the islands depends on the sea transport schedule. In the rest of Europe the delivery time for items in stock is 10 working days. For other products with longer delivery times we count in calendar days. In the last case, the exact delivery date may vary after having placed the order, due to different reasons.

7. Can I return the goods once received?
Yes, as long as they meet the conditions as described in the return policy.

8. Where is SuperStudio furniture made?
Our products are manufactured in different countries since we are always seeking the best price/performance ratio. Fur products and many of our sofas, chairs, decorative accessories, lamps, rugs, etc. are made in Italy. High-quality upholstery items come from Denmark. In Spain we purchase some of our models of plastic chairs and lamps. The mechanisms and supports are bought in Germany. We also sell rugs that are made in India and plastic chairs and tables which have been imported from China.

9. How come you are able to offer your products for such low prices and how are you able to maintain the quality of your products?
Our efforts to offer our products at the best possible price focus on reducing management costs, operating online, avoiding intermediaries whenever possible, and seeking the most favourable buying-selling conditions worldwide.

10. What do the shipping costs include?
The goods are delivered door-to-door. If you want the products to be delivered on an upper floor level you can contract our hand delivery service when placing your online purchase. The price and conditions (weight, measurements of the product and elevator or stairs, etc.) are given when selecting the hand delivery option.

11. Do you have a furniture assembly service?
This service is available in Barcelona and includes delivery to upper floor level, furniture assembly and packaging removal from your home. For deliveries in other parts of Spain and rates, please feel free to contact us.
